Our vessel features a wet bar equipped with a refrigerator, an enclosed cabin with a retractable sunroof, sunshades in the aft and stern areas for additional protection, a premium sound system, a freshwater shower, and a private bathroom! While we are fortunate to be located in the Sunshine state, we understand that weather conditions can change unexpectedly. Please review our weather policy below for guidance: 1. Stormy Weather with Lightning: If there is an ongoing storm accompanied by lightning, the captain has the authority to make the necessary decision. This may include: • Cancellation: The charter may be canceled due to safety concerns. In this case, if the booking has not started yet, a full refund will be provided to the guests. If the booking is cancelled DURING the charter, then a partial refund will be issued for the remaining time after return to the drop-off location. • Delay/Rescheduling: If the storm is expected to pass, the charter might be delayed or rescheduled to ensure everyone's safety. Again, a refund is an option if rescheduling is not feasible. 2. Rainy Weather (No Lightning) During Booking: If it is raining but there is no lightning present at the START of the booking, the decision regarding cancellation or delay/rescheduling is left to the guests. You have the following options: • Cancellation: If you are not comfortable starting the charter due to the rain, you can cancel the charter. A full refund will be granted in this case. *There must be proof that it is raining at the time of the booking* If it starts to rain during the charter, and you wish to cancel the remaining hours of the booking, the a partial refund will be issued for the remaining time after return to the drop-of location. • Delay/Rescheduling: If you are willing to wait for the rain to subside or want to reschedule, please inform the captain. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time. There will be no additional charge for rescheduling due to rain. Please note that while our crew will provide guidance based on their expertise, the captain has the final say in all weather-related decisions. Your safety and comfort are paramount, and we appreciate your understanding in these matters.
